Event Description
In 2012 we had a fantastic workshop with Elad Shtamer. We are thrilled to continue these wonderful workshops in 2013, as we welcome Oren and his wife Lena to London for our Yom Ha’atzmaut Workshop. Oren is a young successful choreographer and markid from Haifa. His role as a popular Artistic Director for several major European dance camps means that he is very much in tune with European tastes; Oren is also well known to us through his dances in the UK.
Lena is from Switzerland and is a wonderful dancer, teacher and choreographer.
We do hope you can join us for the workshop 13th-14th April and our Yom Ha’atzmaut party during the Monday evening 15th April.
Venue:
The workshop 13th -14th April will be in the re-vamped All Saints Hall in Whetstone & the
Yom Ha’atzmaut party 15th April will be close by at St Andrews Hall Southgate.
If you are coming from outside London and would like a place to stay, please be in touch ASAP and we will find you someone to stay with. The best airport to use is Luton. Stanstead is further & Heathrow is further still. Gatwick is very long way.
You are welcome to join Colin & Suzie in their home on Friday night with Oren & Lena for a pre workshop party. Details on request.

Just like last time we have a pre workshop for New People, Beginners and Beginners + that starts at 10:30 finishes at 12:00 £8
The workshop starts at 12:00 with registration and a short reception party with canapés.
12.30-15.00 Session A: Oren will be teaching his older circle dances £8
15.15-18.00 Session B: Oren and Lena will be teaching newer dances £8
18.15-19.30 Light Dinner: everyone invited inclusive
19.30-24.00 Session C: Dance Party: Upbeat, High energy for everyone and requests welcome. (dances taught in previous sessions will be danced but not reviewed) £12

10.30-12.00 Session D: Line dances. Easy and complicated, low and high energy. £7
12.00-13.30 Session E: Teaching couple dances £8
13.30-14.00 Short lunch break inclusive
14.00-18.15 Session F: Final Teaching and workshop reviews. Harkada £10
18.15-18.45 Short snack break as Dinner will be served at 9pm. inclusive
18.45- 21.00 Session G: Request Dance Party, including workshop dances. Ends at 21:00 because of Yom Hazikaron. The session will be followed by an inclusive dinner. £10

Costs:
You can pay by the session but it is much cheaper to buy a workshop pass for £35 and be covered for everything mentioned above including Monday night.
